Who are you?

• 5-10 years technical software development experience
• 3-5 years experience leading team of software engineers
• Demonstrated ability to work with a team, to rapidly develop prototypes, and to bring products to maturity
• Ability to take requirements from a customer and see a product through completion
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Programming experience in C, C++, and Java
• BS or MS in Computer Science; equivalent experience will be considered
• Prior consulting experience a plus
• Entrepreneurial experience and familiarity with business issues a plus
